By accessing or using Lusmu AI's platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Lusmu AI provides tools to build, deploy, and manage AI agents, including knowledge bases, workflow automation, analytics, and team collaboration features. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at legal@lusmu.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, scrape or reverse engineer our systems without permission, or generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

You are solely responsible for the prompts, data, and outputs created through your agents. You must have the rights to any content you upload or process through the Service.

Lusmu AI retains all rights to the platform, brand, documentation, and underlying technology. These terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant Lusmu AI a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service poses legal or operational risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lusmu AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the product. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
